Soul Crusher Saturday

These are completely spontaneous. We will most likely run some soul-crushing hill or route that is not ideal for beginning runners. We don’t necessarily run fast, but we run challenging routes that are not planned ahead of time. Will we run 3 miles? Will we run 7? We don’t know until we’re done. One thing that’s for sure: we’ll be grabbing coffee/breakfast/beers/SOMETHING from a local business when we’re done & enjoying a relaxed social hour. 🍻
